git pushでエラー：error: failed to push some refs to…

git pushをしようとすると下記のエラーが表示されました。

ローカルにない作業がリモートに含まれているため、更新は拒否されました。これは通常、別のリポジトリが同じ参照にプッシュすることによって発生します。最初にリモートの変更を統合することをお勧めします

何やったか考えてみたら・・・README.mdをgithubで作ったなぁってことが(^^;

対応してみましょう！

書いてあることからfetchをやってみました。
% git fetch

つづいて、README.mdを取り込みます。
% git merge

ようやくpushします。
